QC/Technical Support The role of our Quality assurance covers all activities from design, production, training, servicing, documentation and after sales service. And we introduced the rules: "fit for purpose" and "do it right the first time". It includes the regulation of the quality of raw materials, assemblies, products and components; services related to production; and management, production, and inspection processes. One of our most widely used paradigms for QA management is the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) approach, also known as the Shewhart cycle. QC Staff 5 to 9 QC inspection QC: Burning test Procedures/testing Details We follow the international standard of Total Quality Management (TQM), and provide best quality assurance, design, price and customers satisfaction. Quality test is performed from the very beginning stage, when we receive parts and components, and is repeated at every production process. When products roll out from our assembly line, we put them under final round of quality control procedures, which include checking for time accuracy, LCD screen check, as well as voice, connection, key button, MAC address, card function, and other detailed function checking.
